Dave Guzetta
Fitness Together would like to proudly announce David Guzetta, of Port Jefferson, as our January "Client of the Month" for January. Dave started here just a few months ago and he has changed not just his appearance, but also his lifestyle. When Dave began, he didn't have much strength and zero endurance, hitting the wall every other session. His recovery time has doubled since his earlier weeks. By the end of the sessions, he is usually leaving wanting more. His tenacity while training and readiness to get started is the attitude that we encourage here at Fitness Together.
Having a successful, local business, Dave's time is extremely valuable. He is living proof that there is always time to get it in and not only feel better but look better as well. His experience here has even attributed to his focus at work. When most people hit that midday crash, he is working out and going back to work energized. Dave's consistency and determination has gotten him to where he is now and he is well aware that there is nowhere else to go but up and hit his goals.
